The story revolves around King Khan who plays a muslim protagonist, whose only aim is to see India and her national game at its pinnacle. For that he takes the near impossible job of training Indian Women’s Hockey Team.

The icing on the cake is the performance by the other 11 players, who come from nowhere, and steal your heart, with their simple, natural performance.

The Director should be appreciated for making out such brilliance from so many unknown faces.
For once the story is the game and the not just the big names.
